A joyfully personal approach to wedding photography
Every couple is different, and that’s how I approach every wedding. From the moment we connect, I focus on creating an experience that feels personal, relaxed, and completely tailored to you. Whether you’re planning a huge celebration, an intimate ceremony, or a destination adventure, my goal is to capture the real feeling of the day in a way that feels elevated without feeling stiff or overdone. Every little detail, big emotion, and beautifully chaotic in-between moment matters, because your photos should feel just as unique as your relationship.
Consider me your wedding friendtographer.
I’m not just here to take photos—I’m here to help make this whole thing feel easier, more fun, and a lot less awkward.
From the moment you book, I’m in your corner. Need help building a timeline that includes all the photos you want? I’ve got you. Not sure how to organize family photos without chaos? I’ve got a template for that. Have a random question pop up at 8pm? Send the text.
On your wedding day, I’m not just your photographer. I’m your behind-the-scenes problem solver, dog wrangler, dad joke teller, furniture mover, oracle of 90s hip-hop lyrics, timeline magician, water fetcher, boutonniere pinner, and bouquet retriever.
I’ll help you keep the day on track, gently step in when things get a little wild, and make sure you’re where you need to be, without it feeling stressful.
I want you to relax, be present, and truly enjoy your day… knowing I’ve got you.

What I’m all about:
I. JOY FIRST
Your wedding photos shouldn’t just look joyful —they should feel joyful. I focus on the real moments as they unfold: the belly laughs, the happy tears, the in-between glances you didn’t even realize were happening. When you’re genuinely having a good time, you don’t have to fake anything.
3. FREEDOM OVER TRADITION
There’s no one right way to have a wedding and your photos should reflect the choices that matter to you. Whether you’re skipping traditions, rewriting them, or creating something entirely your own, I’m here to support it and document it in a way that feels honest, not staged.

2. YOU ARE ENOUGH
You don’t need to know how to pose or worry about “doing it right.” I’ll guide you just enough to help you feel comfortable, then step back so you can actually be yourselves. Whether you’re a little shy, wildly goofy, or somewhere in between, your photos will reflect who you are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.
4. SAFETY AND BELONGING
You deserve to feel completely comfortable, respected, and celebrated in front of the camera. I create a space where you don’t have to second-guess how you show up —where your relationship, your identity, and your people are all welcomed exactly as they are and celebrated for it.

OK, Let’s talk about the “what do I do with my hands?” panic for a minute…
You know the feeling. You’re excited about your wedding photos, but there’s also that little voice in the back of your head wondering if you’re going to look weird, feel uncomfortable, or just spend the entire time wondering where your hands are supposed to go.
Good news: you’re not alone, and you definitely don’t need to have any modeling experience to get amazing photos.
Most of my couples start out telling me they’re awkard in front of the camera. By the end of our time together, they’re laughing, relaxed, and realizing that getting photographed can actually be fun. My job isn’t to turn you into a supermodel, it’s to help you feel comfortable enough to be yourselves.

“We had Amy as our photographer for our wedding and she was so wonderful to work with! She is both friendly and personable but also really professional. We were amazed at how she was able to take such wonderful pics that really captured a moment. A friend who recently got married, said she wished she hired Amy for her wedding since she didn’t like her photos. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.” – LYDIA + DANNESSE
YOUR wedding is GONNA BE one big beautiful day.
BUT babes, your story is so much more THAN THAT.
